Laden with milk froth on top, white chocolate mocha is a delectable drink worth trying. You can make simple drinks by using steamed milk, white chocolate, espresso, sugar, and whipped cream.
Any white chocolate mocha recipe is an alteration of the original Café mocha. In this variant, white chocolate is used instead of dark chocolate. Refer to the following recipes for making white chocolate mocha at home.
Easy White Chocolate Mocha
Ingredients
Freshly brewed coffee, 2 cups
White chocolate, 2 oz.
Whole milk, 2 cups (or half and half)
Whipped cream

This is probably the simplest white chocolate mocha recipe that you can prepare without much effort. First of all, brew 2 cups coffee of your choice. In the meantime, grate white chocolate into smaller pieces.
In a saucepan, combine together milk (or half and half) and white chocolate shreds. Put it over medium-low heat and stir until the chocolate melts. By now, you will get a thick, smooth chocolate mixture. Remove from heat.
To this saucepan, add freshly brewed coffee and combine well. Pour in large mugs, top with whipped cream and serve.
Iced White Chocolate Mocha
Ingredients
Freshly brewed espresso
White chocolate chips, 6 tbsp.
Whole milk, ⅔ cup
Ice cubes
Sweetened whipped cream, 1 tbsp.
Chopped walnuts (for topping)
Directions for Preparation
Warm milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Do not increase heat to high setting or it will cause milk to scald. To this add, white chocolate chips and wait till they melt completely. You may need to stir in between to combine the mixture well. Remove from heat and keep aside.
Brew rich espresso by using your regular brewing method. Allow it to cool down and pour in a blender. Add ice cubes and blend mixture for a few minutes. Pour this coffee mixture into the saucepan containing chocolate and milk concoction.
Stir well and pour into large serving mugs. Add whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup (optional). Sprinkle chopped walnut on top and serve.
Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha
Ingredients
Whole milk, ⅔ cups
Milk, 2 cups
Coffee, 2 tbsp.
Cocoa, 2 tsp.
White chocolate chips, 6 tbsp.
Whipped cream
Peppermint syrup
Directions for Preparation
Brew espresso coffee as per your choice. In a saucepan, add white chocolate, milk and sugar. Put over medium heat and keep until it turns frothy. Remove from heat and pour half of a mug full of the chocolate mixture.
Fill the remaining half with espresso coffee and add cocoa. Add peppermint syrup as per your taste, swirl with whipped cream and serve.
