Sweet Potato Casserole Recipes

Ingredients

• Sweet Potatoes, 3 cups (mashed)
• Sugar, ½ cup
• Salt, ½ tsp.
• Large Eggs, 2
• Milk, ½ cup
• Vanilla, ½ tsp.
• Butter, 4 tbsp. (melted)

Ingredients for Toppings

• Brown Sugar, ½ cup
• All-purpose Flour, ½ cup
• Butter, ½ cup (melted)
• Pecans, ½ cup (chopped)

Preparation
Cut the sweet potatoes in half and boil them well till they turn tender. Let the jackets remain on the potatoes when they are being boiled. Once done, let it cool down and then peel off the jackets. Mash them well and add some sugar and salt as per taste. Mix vanilla, milk, eggs, and butter together.

Add the mashed potatoes to this mixture. Blend it well till it becomes smooth. Now, you will need to spoon this mixture into a baking dish that has been lightly buttered. • Mini Marshmallows, 1 cup

Preparation
You would need to begin with mixing all the casserole ingredients together till they blend well. Spread this mixture in a buttered dish. Carefully mix all the ingredients for the toppings together, except the marshmallows. Sprinkle this all over the dish. Bake this preparation uncovered in an oven at 350° F for around 30 minutes. Remove it from the oven. Place marshmallows in the casserole and bake the entire dish for an additional 6 minutes, till they melt. Serve it hot.
