  • Banana, 2 (frozen, cut into bite sized chunks)

My last recipe doesn't really use strawberries, but uses strawberry flavored yogurt instead. But I love it and so shall include it in this list.

Strawberry Banana Yogurt Frappé

You can concoct this with,
  • Strawberry yogurt, 8 oz.
  • Banana, 2
  • Skim milk, 1 cup (chilled)
  • Lemon juice, 1 tbsp.
Procedure
Put on the steel knife in the processor and then place all the ingredients in it. Blend for 10 seconds and serve in 2 tall glasses.
