Recipes for Steak Tips

Steaks are loved my most people all over the world. They are delicious and can be prepared easily at home.
Steaks are one of the most scrumptious and mouth-watering dishes you could ever savor. It is cooked in various ways by different people. The delicious mixture of spices and sauces provide a great taste to it. Here are some recipes that you can try at home.

Marinated Steak Tips

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs steak tips
  • 1 cup, herb spices and Italian dressing
  • ½ cup, soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup, Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup, ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons, garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons, onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons, mustard
Method for Preparation:
  • Wash the steak tips well and pat dry them. Now, transfer the steak tips in a bowl and add the herbs, spices, and Italian dressing.
  • Mix them well so that the pieces are well-coated.
  • Now, add the rest of the ingredients, one by one and keep tossing them around with a wooden spoon so that they blend into the meat. 
  • Leave this marinade overnight or for about 8-12 hours.
  • Take out the bowl and broil or grill the meat depending on how you like your steak tips.
  • Serve hot. Both the grilled and broiled taste great.

Beef Tenderloin Steak Tips

Ingredients:
  • Fillet Tips
  • 2 tablespoons, melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons, Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small can of mushrooms (chopped)
  • 1 cup, chopped onion
  • ½ cup, Dijon mustard
Method for Preparation:
  • Here the beef tenderloin is used and a slight twist given by the use of mushrooms.
  • This one is faster to make since it requires no marinating.
  • Mix the butter and Worcestershire sauce together on a pan on medium heat.
  • Now, take the chopped mushrooms and onions and sauté them in the butter and Worcestershire sauce mix.
  • Cook the flattened steak tips on a cooking pan and evenly spread the mustard over the pieces till they are soft.
  • Add the mushroom and onion mix over the cooked meat.
  • Serve hot.

Steak Tips and Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs round steak strips
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1 can, mushrooms
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • Noodles
  • Flour
Method for Preparation:
  • Here is a slightly different recipe that you can experiment with.
  • Liberally coatt flour over the steak strips and place them in a baking pan.
  • Now, add the rest of the ingredients, the onions, the beef bouillon cubes, and some salt and pepper as per your preferred taste.
  • Cover the steak tips and cook it in the baking pan for 60-90 minutes at 375 ºF till it acquires the desired texture.
  • At the same time, cook the noodles for some time in the water till they become soft.
  • Drain the excess water. Combine the steak tips and the noodles and toss them together.
  • Enjoy this delicious meal with a glass of wine.
