Procedure
In a bowl, mix flour, garlic salt, seasoned pepper, oil, spinach, and water in. Knead the mixture for about 5 minutes to make a smooth dough. Make 8 equal-sized balls of the dough. Before we start rolling the tortillas, preheat a large non-stick pan on low heat. Lightly flour the surface to roll the dough into thin circles. One by one, place the tortillas in the pan, and cook both the sides for 5 minutes each, or until you see small brown spots on it. (Calories: 180 kcal per tortilla)
