Ingredients
  • 3 and 1/2 pounds of pork shoulder butt roast
  • Corn tortillas
  • Salsa sauce
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 28 oz of tomatoes
  • Guacamole
  • 1 minced jalapeño pepper
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple juice
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh oregano
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of table salt
  • Queso fresco or shredded cheese of your choice
Method of Preparation

Apply salt and pepper thoroughly all over the pork and put it in the slow cooker.
Now, in a bowl, mix onion, tomatoes, all the spices, oregano, jalapeno, garlic and pineapple juice. Blend together to form a homogeneous mixture, with the consistency like that of thick sauce. Pour 3/4th of this mixture over the pork uniformly. Make sure that the pork is coated perfectly all over.
Cook the pork in the slow cooker (low settings) for 6-8 hours. After the prescribed time, take the pork out and shred it with two forks. Pour the remaining sauce over it, while shredding. Serve the pulled pork on corn tortillas. Top with guacamole, salsa and shredded cheese!
Spicy Pork Tacos with Garlic

Ingredients
  • 1/5 to 2 pounds of pork loin roast
  • 3 minced Chipotle peppers
  • 8 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 cups of chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream/shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Method of Preparation

Apply salt and pepper all over the pork loin roast. Now, in a large skillet, heal oil and roast the minced garlic cloves until slightly brown.
Now add the peppers and chicken stock to the skillet and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Stop heating and your liquid sauce is ready. Next, put the roast pork in a crock pot and pour the liquid sauce over it. Cover the pot and cook on low settings for 8 hours.
After the prescribed time, take the pork out and shred using two forks. Put the shredded pork in tortillas and top with sour cream or shredded cheese and serve!

Sweet Pulled Pork Tacos

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds of pork shoulder roast
  • Taco shells/tortillas
  • 4 sliced onions
  • 15 ounces of black beans
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 4 ounces of canned green chillies
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups of salsa
  • Salt to taste
Method of Preparation

Apply salt all over the pork. Put salsa, chilies, black beans and brown sugar at the bottom of the crock pot. Cook the pork and the other ingredients in the crock pot on low setting for 6-8 hours. Take the pork out after the recommended time, and shred using two forks.
