● 1/3 cup, finely chopped shallot
● 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter (softened)
● ¼ cup, finely chopped fresh dill
● ½ teaspoon, hot sauce
● 1 tablespoon, fresh lemon juice
● 1 cup, cold water
● ¼ teaspoon, black pepper
