How to Make Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing?

Tired of adding the same dressing to your salad each day? Why not try something new! Learn to make raspberry vinaigrette dressing from the following story.
To make the dressing, you can either use fresh or frozen raspberries, choose red wine vinegar, or raspberry jelly. Either way, the vinaigrette tastes amazing and is simple to make.

If you don't have fresh raspberries for the recipe, you can easily thaw frozen raspberries and use it for the dressing.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
Preparation
  • In a blender, mix raspberries, red wine, vegetable oil, honey, mustard, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Blend all the ingredients properly till you get a nice chunky paste.
  • You can either choose to strain the vinaigrette or use it as is.
  • This recipe makes 1¼ cups of dressing.
  • You can store leftover dressing in an airtight container as well.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
  • ⅓ cup canola oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
Preparation
  • In a blender, combine raspberry vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  • Turn the blender on and gradually add oil to the mixture. This will help bind the vinaigrette properly.
  • If you're not using the vinaigrette immediately, store it in an airtight container.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp raspberry jelly
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper
Preparation
  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix till you get a smooth paste.
  • If you don't have a blender, whisk all the ingredients in a bowl.
