Firstly, you need to add pasta to a pot containing salted water and stir it well.
After cooking for a few minutes, add the carrot, cauliflower, and broccoli, and continue cooking. Now, you will have to add the Italian seasoning, broth, tomato, pesto, and chickpeas to the drained vegetables and pasta. Add sufficient amount of salt and serve the dish in an attractive way.

Taco Salad

A Taco salad can be one of the healthiest options that you can prepare for dinner.
The ingredients you will need for making taco salad are a single cup of salsa, a small cup of red onions which is chopped well, a cup of mayonnaise, black beans, a single cup of Mexican cheese, ground beef, packaged taco mix and sufficient tortilla chips. Add the taco seasoning to the ground beef and stir it well after adding black beans.
The mixture of salsa and mayonnaise should be kept aside and lettuce should be added to the tortilla chips placed in a bowl. Now, top the ground beef mixture and drizzle the combination of salsa and mayonnaise already prepared. The dish will be ready once you add cheese, cilantro, and the red onion.

Baked Fish and Chips

The baked fish and chips can be a healthy and quick dinner for kids.
To prepare this dish in the oven, you will need two eggs, two spoons of olive oil, a cup of breadcrumbs, a cup of corn which is crushed, black pepper, three potatoes, evenly cut skinless and boneless cods, sauce, mustard, and lemon wedges.
Before you start making this dish, make sure that the oven temperature is appropriate and then the pepper, salt, olive oil, and salt should be added to the potatoes in a bowl. Keep the cereals and breadcrumbs in the lock bag and prepare the egg mixture.
