In such situations, yeast-free pizza can come to your rescue. These pizzas made without yeast are quick and easy to prepare.
Sometimes you decide to prepare a pizza, and you find out there is no yeast in the kitchen. Or a sudden arrival of your friends demanding for pizza renders you with no time for making the pizza dough, and you end up ordering it from a nearby restaurant. But now you need not do so, as you can prepare a no yeast pizza dough within no time.
Though they taste a bit different, many people have found it the most easiest way to prepare yummy pizzas without waiting for the pizza dough to rise. Recipe for Homemade Pizza Dough Without Yeast

The pizza dough recipe given below does not use yeast and you can make variations in the pizza crust with ingredients of your choice. This pizza not only saves you time, but also requires less effort.
Ingredients
  • All-purpose flour - 2 cups
  • Water - ¾ cup
  • Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Powdered milk - ¼ cup
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Basil - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Procedure
Before preparing the pizza dough, preheat the oven to 450 °F. Prepare the pizza pan by greasing its base. Now, take a large bowl and prepare a mixture of flour, salt, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, powdered milk, and sugar. Mix these dry ingredients together. Add the water and olive oil to the mixture, and mix to prepare the dough.
Do not mix too much, else the dough can turn too hard. Place this dough in the greased pizza pan and flatten it to give the desired shape of the crust. Press the dough in the outward direction by starting at the center. Ensure that you do not tear the dough while spreading it on the pizza pan. Once you are done with shaping the pizza dough, add the topping of your choice and bake it in the oven for around 10 to 20 minutes.
You can also change this recipe by adding some more ingredients to the pizza dough. Instead of using powdered milk, you can use milk. To make the pizza more nutritious, use wheat flour instead of all-purpose flour, and use a lot of vegetables for the topping.
