Ingredients
  • Peanut butter - ¾ cup
  • Butter - ½ cup
  • Milk - ½ cup
  • Brown sugar - 2 ¼ cups
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Confectioners' sugar - 3½ cups
Preparation:
  • First of all, melt the butter in a saucepan using a medium flame.
  • Now, add the brown sugar and pour in the milk.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil and keep on stirring continuously.
  • Now, remove from the stove and blend in the peanut butter and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the mixture into a large mixing bowl and blend it with the sugar.
  • Beat the mixture well until you get a smooth paste-like consistency.
  • Pour the mixture into an 8x8-inch dish.
  • Allow it to chill in the refrigerator until it becomes firm.
  • Cut pieces of your desired shape and size and serve with sprinkled sugar for garnish.

  • Margarine - ½ cup
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Preparation
  • Mix the milk, margarine, and sugar in a saucepan and add a pinch.
  • Boil the mixture stirring it frequently.
  • Once a soft ball is formed, remove from stove.
  • Now, add the peanut butter and vanilla extract.
  • Beat the mixture until it becomes sufficiently creamy.
  • Pour the mixture into buttered pans and allow it to cool down.
  • Once solidified, cut into pieces and garnish with some chocolate chips or roasted peanuts
