Floating Hearts Punch

Ingredients
  • 1 can frozen fruit punch
  • 12 strawberries (cut in half)
  • 1 liter vanilla ice cream
  • 2 liters Sprite
Directions
Unfreeze the frozen punch and allow it to melt. Mix the fruit punch, vanilla ice cream, and sprite together, and pour this mixture into the punch bowls. Top with half-cut strawberries.

Non-alcoholic Fruit Cocktail

Ingredients
  • 1 oz. orange juice
  • 1 oz. passion-fruit juice
  • 1 oz. grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1 oz. mango juice
  • ½ oz. kiwi syrup
  • ¼ oz. lime juice
Directions
Mix together all the fruit juices and add a glassful of broken ice to the drink. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with fruits before serving.

Fruit Cocktail

Ingredients
  • 120 ml fresh orange juice
  • 60 ml pineapple juice
  • Small rockmelon and honeydew melon (sliced)
  • 6 strawberries and Ice
Directions
Combine together the orange juice, pineapple juice, rockmelon, honeydew melon, and strawberries with the ice. Blend this mixture in a blender until smooth. Pour it into serving glasses, and garnish with cut fruits.

Forest Fizz

Ingredients
  • Handful fresh blackberries
  • Handful fresh blueberries
  • 1 cl fresh lemon juice
  • 6-8 fresh raspberries
  • 1 tsp. caster sugar
  • Soda water
Directions
Place the berries in a blender with the lemon juice, and blend them well. Add the sugar to the berries and blend again until smooth. Strain this mixture using a strainer. Pour into the serving glasses and add some ice. Top up with soda, and garnish with berries and a sprig of mint.

Fruit Burst

Ingredients
  • 1 mango (peeled and stoned)
  • 3 carrots (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 green apple (cored and chopped)
  • 6 strawberries (hulled)
  • 7 measures freshly squeezed orange juice
Directions
Blend the mango, apple, and carrots in a blender until smooth. Add strawberries and orange juice to the blender and blend again. Strain the mixture and serve in tumblers after adding ice.

Fresh Fruit Cocktail

Ingredients
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 1 orange (peeled and sectioned)
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks
  • ½ tsp. orange or lemon peel (grated)
  • 1½ cups fresh pineapple (diced)
  • 2 (about 3/4 lb) apples (cored and diced)
  • Pinch of salt
Directions
Mix the lemon juice, apple juice, cinnamon sticks, orange or lemon peel, and salt together in a saucepan. Bring this mixture to a boil for about 10 minutes; allow it to cool down. Remove the cinnamon sticks from the mixture. Mix together orange, pineapple, and apples. Pour the prepared syrup over the fruit mixture, and serve chilled.
