Ingredients
  • Eggs, 2
  • Milk, 1 oz.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Nonstick spray
Procedure
Take a microwave safe bowl and lightly spray some non stick vegetable spray in the trough so that the eggs in no way stick to the sides of the bowl. Now, in another bowl whip two eggs until smooth. Next add the milk, salt, and pepper and whip again so that the mixture is well blended.
If you want and have the time, you can also add some chili pepper flakes to make it spicy or very thin slices of green chili for the flavor. Now pour this mixture in the oven safe vessel and place it in the microwave on medium-high for 2 minutes.
Stay alert and put on your oven mitts to take out the bowl once after the first minute. Scramble the mixture well again using a whisk or a fork and place it in the oven again. After the second minute take it out and check for consistency. Heat it for another 30 seconds if not firm enough for your liking or allow it to cool down before eating.

Buttered Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
  • Eggs, 2
  • Butter, 2 tsp. (whipped)
  • Parmesan cheese, 2 tsp. (grated)
  • Parsley, ½ tbsp. (shredded)
  • Leek, ½ tbsp. (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Procedure
Place the butter in a microwave oven safe bowl at high temperature for about 20 seconds and allow it to melt completely. Next, beat the eggs in another bowl until smooth. Now add all the ingredients one after the other and keep whisking in order to make a uniform mixture.
Now pour this concoction on the butter in the oven safe trough and use a vented plastic sheet to cover the bowl.  Place this bowl in the microwave on a medium-high temperature for not more than 2½ minutes.
Take out the bowl at this juncture using oven mitts and then scramble it with a whisk. Place it back in the oven for another 45 seconds on a low, say 20% heat and take it out. Relish when cool.

Scrambled Eggs with Cheese and Pork Sausages

Ingredients
  • Eggs, 2
  • Leek, 1 (chopped)
  • Pork sausages, 4 oz. (lightly roasted and slivered)
  • Cheddar cheese, ⅓ of a cup (grated)
  • Milk, 2 tbsp.
  • Cayenne pepper, ½ tsp.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Procedure
Simply mix the eggs, the milk, cayenne pepper and a dash of salt and whip to a perfect blend. Now add the leeks and slivered pork sausages and beat again. Pour the mixture onto a fireproof baking dish and place on microwave for 55 seconds on high heat.
Take out and scramble with a fork and then replace it for another 45 seconds. Using oven mitts, take out the baking dish and gently sprinkle the cheddar cheese and pepper on top and cover with a lid. On removing the lid, you shall see that the cheese has melted and seeped in. Garnish with some parsley and a red tomato cut in quarters.
