Preparation
First, trim the fat and cut the beef into ¾-inch pieces. Blot them with the help of a paper towel and place them in the fridge. Meanwhile, heat some oil in a pan. Once heated, fill the fondue pot halfway with it. Then, with the help of a fork, place the beef chunks in it. Cook the meat for at least a minute if you want it well done. Once done, remove the meat with the fork and place it in the plate. Serve this fondue with sauces of your choice.
