Procedure
To prepare this recipe, take a saucepan, combine milk and water in it and place the saucepan over medium-high heat. Let the mixture become warm, then add cloves, cinnamon, orange peel, nutmeg, sugar, tea leaves and peppercorns to it. Bring the mixture to boil and reduce the heat to medium-low. Simmer the mixture to attain the required color of the latte. Then, strain out the spices and pour the latte into cups.
