Pineapple Infused Vodka Recipes

Pineapple Pepper Vodka
  • To make pepper pineapple vodka, skin and cube the pineapple.
  • Take 1.5 liters of vodka. Now, there are many types of vodka available, but it is best to use vodka that has been distilled at least thrice.
  • Take a glass infusion jar which imperatively has a lid which renders the jar air tight. Now layer the pineapple pieces at the base of the jar and then slowly pour the vodka over it.
  • Place this total arrangement in the refrigerator and stir every 3 days.
  • On the 12th day, stem and deseed a jalapeño, a serrano and a habanero chili each and cut them lengthwise.
  • Remove the lid of the infusion jar and place these chilies into the pineapple infusion.
  • Now place the glass container in a shady place at room temperature for the next two days. Remember to stir this infusion at least twice in a day and after 48 hours from when you added the chilies, your drink shall be ready to be swigged!
  • Before serving, add some lemon juice and maple syrup to it and then run it through a strainer.
Shake really well and serve the vodka infusion in martini glasses to see the sparks fly!
Honey Syrup Pineapple Vodka
  • This is the simplest of all pineapple infused vodka recipes. Simply skin, cube, and place the pineapple pieces into an airtight glass jar.
  • Pour 2 oz. of vodka on top and lid it.
  • Place in the fridge and allow the infusion to stand for 7 days.
  • After that, add ½ a tablespoon of honey syrup to this concoction and shake really well.
Strain and serve this in martini glasses again and drink deeply, my dear!

Orange Infused Vodka Recipes

Orange Ginger Vodka
  • Infuse ½ a cup slivered ginger root in 750 ml of vodka along with 1 hacked orange for a period of 5 days and then, well you know.
This infusion is grand for healing a sore throat.
Spicy Orange Vodka
  • Begin by preheating the oven to 200°.
  • Extract the zest from four medium-sized oranges.
  • Now, lay the zest out on a baking sheet.
  • Bake it for about 60 minutes.
  • Pour about 2 cups of vodka into an airtight jar, throw in the now baked, dry, and redolent lemon zest, 5 whole cloves, and a whole cinnamon stick, and shut the jar.
  • Shake the jar gently once before letting it stand in a dark place for 7 days.
  • Remember to give the jar a shake every second day.
  • After that, run it through a sieve and store in a clean bottle.
Although this infusion can be put to use immediately, you can let it age for another 2 to 4 weeks after straining, just for that additional melding of fragrances.
Blood Orange Vodka
  • Cut two small blood oranges into ¼-inch thick slices, after removing their rind and pith completely.
  • Soak the slices in a pint of vodka for approximately 14 days.
  • You need to keep tasting it every second day in order to prevent bitterness from setting in due to over-immersion.
  • In case a slight bitterness creeps in, add a tablespoon of orange zest to remedy the situation.
  • Strain before using.

Cranberry Infused Vodka Recipes

Simple Cranberry Vodka
  • Take 16 oz. of ripe cranberries and shred it crudely in a mixer-grinder.
  • Then cover the base of a glass jar with this, drizzle a fine layer of a cup of ground sugar on it and then pour 1.5 liters of vodka distilled thrice.
  • Allow it to stand for at least 14 days in the fridge as this will preserve all flavors optimally.
Strain and voila! Your infusion is ready to hit the party floor.
Mimosa Twist Cranberry Vodka
This part really is an extension of the first recipe.
  • After you strain the cranberry vodka infusion, mix it with some champagne and orange juice.
  • Also use half the quantity of the sugar recommended in the simple cranberry vodka, as the orange juice will have a sweetness of its own.

Apple Infused Vodka Recipes

Apple Vanilla Vodka
  • Take skinned slices of 1 large apple and two slit beans of vanilla and place it in an infusion jar.
  • Pour a liter of vodka onto it and lid the glass jar for good.
  • Allow this to stand unperturbed in a cool, shaded, and dry place for a good 5 days.
Strain, chill, and serve to vodka lovers.
Apple Cinnamon Vodka
  • Again skin and slice 6 large apples and place into a glass jar with 4 sticks of cinnamon.
  • Pour vodka and allow it to stand for 5 days.

Place 10 pumpkin slices (6"x1"), a vanilla bean slit lengthwise, ½ a nutmeg in a glass jar with a quart vodka and allow it to stay shaded and cool for 3 months maximum and 5 days minimum.

Cardamom-ginger vodka for those cold nights

Crush about 10 green cardamom pods with a knife and add it to 1½ cups of vodka in a 2-quart jar. Add 10 ¼-inch thick slices of fresh ginger to the vodka and store the airtight jar in a cool place for 14 days. Strain and use for that spicy twist!

Jasmine vodka for fun

Soak a tablespoon of jasmine pearls in a pint of vodka, taste every 5 minutes to check whether the flavor has reached your desired extent, strain it when it has, and store for usage.

Coffee vodka for café connoisseurs

Place ½ cup jammed coffee in a quart of vodka for 6 days and stir well every second day.

Cucumber vodka to make Cucumber Collins

Skin and seed a cucumber and soak it in a pint of vodka for 14 days. Taste it every second day and give it a shake every fourth day. Strain and use after that.

Strawberry vodka for a crimson delight

Soak 4 pints of hulled and halved Alpine or California strawberries in 750 ml of vodka in an airtight jar until the desired level of flavor infusion is achieved.

Bacon vodka for just anybody

Soak 6 strips of fried bacon in 750 ml of vodka and allow this infusion to take place for a day. Chill and serve in martini glasses with a single strip of fried bacon standing at the base.

Blueberry-vanilla vodka for drinking on the rocks!

Cut half a vanilla bean longitudinally and add it to a pint of vodka. To this, add a cup of washed and drained blueberries. Store the vodka in an airtight jar and after 2 days, dispose off the bean. The blueberries need to soak for another 14 days. After that, you can run the vodka through a sieve and voila!

Cherry vodka for a fruity surprise

Soak 4 pints of pitted Bing, Rainier, or yellowish-red Royal Ann cherries in 750 ml of vodka until the desired level of flavor infusion is reached in an airtight jar.

Pomegranate-lime vodka for... well, because you can!

You'll need pomegranate arils from a medium-sized fruit (pith and rind discarded) and crush them slightly with a rolling pin. Along with this, add thin strips of zest from a medium-sized lime to 1½ cups of vodka (Skyy, Svedka, or Absolut), and let this mixture stand in a 1½-quart airtight jar for a good 14 days. Shake every third day and then strain to use.
