You Will Need
  • Baking Powder ~ ¼ tsp
  • Butter ~ cooled, melted ~ 8 tbsp
  • Brown Sugar ~ 4 tbsp
  • Cinnamon ~ 2 tbsp
  • Flour ~ ½ cup
  • Salt ~ ¼ tsp
How You Make It
  • Begin putting together your cake batter with all the necessary ingredients.
  • Now, when the batter is completely ready, what you need to do is, take all the ingredients that have been mentioned above in a mixing bowl and mix them thoroughly.
  • You may also consider mixing them in a food processor if you have one.
  • Once the mixture has reached the desired consistency (read crumbly), you have to keep it aside while you spread your cake batter into the pan/tray that you use for baking.
  • When you're done spreading the batter, take the bowl with the streusel and sprinkle generous amounts onto the batter.
  • Ensure that it is evenly sprinkled. Else some parts will have excess streusel and the others won't have any!
  • Now, place the tray in the preheated oven (according to what kind of cake you will be baking) and let it bake for the required amount of time.
  • To check if the cake is ready or not, poke it with a toothpick and if it comes out clean, the cake is ready to be removed, cooled a bit and eaten!
  • Your delicious cake with its even more delicious streusel topping is ready to be devoured by hungry mouths!
