All very simple, really. All he would do was convert the same old-same old margarita into jello shots and tada! Job done. But how does one go about making these shots was my question. He knew that one like rote. Even better than his texts, apparently. So yeah. We set about making the eve completely awesome. We got the ladies over to our side and when the men saw them get all giggly and uninhibited through the eve, they joined in as well.

You've seen a margarita drink, correct? You're most likely to recognize it because of that patent glass and the salt covering the rim. The drink has quite the potential as well, you know? While it is usually made with tequila, lemon and orange liqueur, there are several other flavors that are readily used as well to give it that twist.

Things You'll Need

• Cold water (1 cup)
• Lime Juice (Freshly squeezed, 1/8 cup)
• Tequila (3/4 cup)
• Jello gelatin (Lime flavor, 6 ounce)
• Triple sec (1/4 cup)
• Boiling water (2 cups)

How to Prepare

1. Mix boiling water and the lime jello and stir till it dissolves.
2. To this mixture, add the lime juice, tequila, triple sec and the cold water. Stir and mix.
3. Pour this mixture into special jello cups and keep in the freezer.
4. Let these set for 5 hours or more.
5. Then remove and down.

Things You'll Need

• Cold water (1/4 cup)
• Lime Juice (Freshly squeezed, 1/8 cup)
• Tequila (4 ounces)
• Jello gelatin (Strawberry flavor, 6 ounce)
• Cointreau (2 ounces)
• Boiling water (1 cup)

How to Prepare

• Mix boiling water and the strawberry jello and stir till it dissolves.
• Set about 1/4 cup of cold water aside.
• Mix the tequila and cointreau by shaking in a cocktail shaker that has been filled with ice.

• Add this to the cold water and stir. Then mix with the hot water and strawberry jello combination.
• Use fresh strawberries of the biggest size so you can double these up as cups.
• Cut the base of the strawberries so that they are able to stand by themselves.

• Scoop out the seed and pulp to make it hollow. Make sure that you do not make a hole through it.
• Clean these well and then pour the mixture into these and place in the freezer section and freeze for 5 hours and more.

• When the jellos are ready, moisten the rim of the strawberries. Then wet your finger, run it over salt and cover the rim of the strawberries.
• You could add small lime wedges to this strawberry cup as a final garnish and serve the strawberry margarita jello.
