Method of Preparation
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Cook onion and celery in the butter for 5 minutes, until just tender. Next, pour in the chicken and vegetable broth into the pot, and add the chicken pieces, noodles, carrots, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat. Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve your soup hot.
