Hamburgers have now become an important food item for those who live life in the fast lane. A wide variety of recipes are being used to satiate the taste buds of all hamburger lovers out there.
They tend to be the most important meal for those who have no time to whip up a quick dinner during a busy week. Therefore, here is a compilation of some really interesting recipes to help you try assorted ways to prepare this very versatile dish at home.

Recipe #1

Ingredients:
  • Ground beef, 1 pound
  • Onion (chopped), 1
  • Chili, 1 (15 ounce) can
  • Celery stalk (chopped), 1
  • Egg noodles, 8 ounces
  • Salsa (¼ cup)
  • Taco seasoning mix, 1 (1 ounce) package
  • Tomatoes (peeled and diced), 1 (14.5 ounce) can
  • Whole kernel corn (drained), 1 (15 ounce) can
Preparation:
  • Place a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the ground beef, onion, and celery to it and cook till the onion turns a little tender.
  • Meanwhile, you need to preheat the oven to 250 °F.
  • Once the meat is cooked, drain it, and place it aside.
  • Take a saucepan and cook some noodles in the same. One they are cooked, drain the water from the saucepan.
  • Add the meat mixture to the noodles. Also add the corn, taco sauce, tomatoes, and chili to it.
  • Sprinkle some taco seasoning mix as well.
  • Mix these ingredients well and place it in a baking dish.
  • Bake this at 250 °F for a period of 20 minutes.

Recipe #2

Ingredients:
  • Ground beef (1 pound)
  • Onion (chopped), 1
  • Dry mustard, 1 teaspoon
  • Curry powder, 1 teaspoon
  • Spaghetti, 1 (420 g) can
  • Grated cheese, 1 cup
  • Brown sugar, 1 tablespoon
  • Water, ½ cup
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
  • Brown the beef along with the onion in a medium-sized pan. Then drain the fat and add the spaghetti.
  • Stir the preparation well. Add the mustard, curry, brown sugar and water to the beef.
  • Sprinkle this mixture with some salt and pepper.
  • Transfer it to a casserole dish.
  • Add the grated cheese as a topping.
  • Bake at 350 °F for around 30 minutes.

Recipe #3

Ingredients:
  • Frozen broccoli
  • Onion (chopped), 1
  • Ground black pepper and salt, to taste
  • Ground beef, 2 pounds
  • Fresh mushrooms, 1 (8 ounce) pack
  • Sour cream, 1 (16 ounce) container
  • Condensed cream of celery soup, 2 (10.75 ounce) cans
Preparation:
  • Cook the broccoli over low heat in a pan and meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350 °F.
  • Take a medium-sized skillet and place it over medium heat. Add the mushrooms, ground beef, and onion to it.
  • Once the beef turns brown, drain it.
  • Add some salt and pepper according to your taste to it. Also add in the cream of celery soup and sour cream.
  • Once cooked, transfer the beef to a medium-sized baking dish.
  • Ensure you have lined it with the broccoli and add some cheese as topping.
  • Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for an hour.
  • You delicious hamburger casserole is ready to be devoured.
