Method
Heat an iron skillet over low heat, and once it has heated up, add the garlic, tomatoes, and chilies. Sauté for about 20 minutes until they turn golden brown, and then put the tomatoes into a blender. Add the garlic and chilies into the blender, along with the water, grapefruit juice, and orange juice. Puree it until it turns smooth, and then season it with salt and pepper.
