  • Jalapeño pepper (seeded and minced) - 1
  • Fresh cilantro (chopped) - 1 tablespoon

Directions
Take a large salad bowl and put the minced garlic, ground black pepper, and ½ a teaspoon of salt in it. Add the fish fillets to it, and coat them well with this mixture. Then, put the fillets and the remaining mixture inside a plastic bag and seal it well.

Next, lightly oil the grates of your grill with a brush, and preheat it on a medium to high heat. Take the marinated fillets out of the plastic bag, and shake off the excess marinade before placing them on the grill. Grill them until their centers lose the original translucency.
It will take approximately 3 to 4 minutes per side. Now, take a serving dish and serve these grilled fillets with the mango salsa on top. While grilling, do not turn the fish over too many times, as the meat is delicate and tends to break.
