Mixed Fruit Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 packet refrigerated sugar cookie dough (slice and bake type)
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 packet (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • ¼ cup orange marmalade
  • 1 cup bananas
  • 1 cup fresh or canned peach slices
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp. water

Directions

Slice the cookie dough thinly and keep the slices on a 14-inch pizza pan, overlapping them, slightly. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 °F and then allow it to cool down.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla; spread it evenly on the cooled cookie crust. Starting from the center, place the fruits in a circular pattern; first, the strawberries, then a circle of banana slices, followed by the peach slices, and finally, the blueberries.
If this does not entirely cover the pizza pan, place another circle of fresh fruit, like kiwi or white grapes. Mix the orange marmalade with the water and pour this mixture evenly over the fruits as a glaze. Refrigerate this for an hour or so and serve chilled.
