Preparation
Add vegetable broth, soy sauce, fresh grated ginger, and salt in a bowl. Heat some oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add onion and carrots to this. Stir-fry it for at least 4 minutes. Add the curry powder and peas, and keep stirring it well. Stir-fry this till it heats for a minute. Now, all you need to do is add the rice and stir it well along with some sauce. Once done, remove from heat and toss it well.
