Delicious Bread Recipes for Breakfast

Breakfast needs to be fulfilling both in taste buds and tummy. Bread here sits good in both aspects. So, today recipes to try for your mornings.

Ham and Lettuce
A classic combination of ham, lettuce, and cheese between those slides of bread is never a fail for the morning meal.
Method:
  • Spread one slice bread with mustard (1 tsp spicy mustard) and other with mayonnaise (1 tsp mayonnaise).
  • Add lettuce on one side of sandwich and before packing it, add ham.
This wholesome pizza bread rolls go perfect with parsnip soup. All healthy start of the day!
Pizza Bread Roll
  • Spread the dough, add toppings (your choice), and finally cut roll into pieces.
  • In a greased pan, place the small rolls and also brush the roll top with butter.
  • Pre-heat the oven at 3500 C and bake the dish for 15-20 mins.
  • Serve it with your choice of soup (here we have parsnip)
Banana Nut Bread
Irresistible and indulgent are the words!
  • Pre-heat oven (3500C), add butter greased tray.
  • Bowl 1 - Whisk baking soda (1 tsp), flour (2 cups) and salt (1/4 tsp), Bowl 2 - Butter (1/2 cup), sugar (1 cup), eggs (2 large), vanilla extract (1tsp).
  • Keep beating the mixture of bowl 2 after each addition.
  • Add mashed bananas (4 riped), nuts (1/2 cup) and mixture of bowl 1.
  • Bake for about 50-60 mins.

Scones
Crumbly biscuit bites!
  • Bowl 1 - Whisk flour (2 cups), sugar (1/3 cup), baking powder (1tbsp), salt (1/2 tsp), and butter (1/2 cup, unsalted).
  • Bowl 2 - Whisk milk, egg (2), and vanilla extract (1tsp).
  • Mix bowl 1 and 2
  • Place the dough and cut it like a pizza.
  • Bake for 15-20 mins.
Pumpkin Scones
A twist to your yummylicious scones.
The recipe is same as previous and add peanuts for added flavor.
Blueberry Muffin Bread
Berries - a fruit punch to bread!
  • Bowl 1 - Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Bowl 2 - Whisk melted butter, eggs, yogurt, and vanilla extract.
  • Add berries and gently fold.
  • Pour batter into tray and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon for added flavor.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes.
Onion Olives Bread
Magical combination best for kickstart mornings!
  • Preheat the oven (1800C).
  • Bowl 1- 1 cup flour, 1 cup wheat flour, 2 tsp baking powder, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 
  • Add onion (1 caramelized) and olives.
  • Bowl 2 (egg, 1 cup milk, 4 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 cup milk)
  • Mix bowl 1 and 2, bake for 30-40 mins.
