Beat the eggs in a large mixing bowl. Add the cream and cottage cheese mixture in the milk preparation. Add the Swiss and Parmesan cheese. Pour this in a buttered pie plate, which is around 10" in diameter. Sprinkle the onions on top, along with some bits of crumbled bacon. Place the tomato halves above this. Now, bake this at 350° F for around 40 minutes. Once it turns a light shade of brown, let it rest for 15 minutes and then serve warm.
