  • Minced garlic, 1 tsp.
  • Powdered soup mix, 1 oz.
Directions for Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheese, minced garlic, and powdered soup mix. Stir well to blend the mixture and transfer into a baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven (uncovered) for 30 minutes. Serve this dip by simply spreading over whole wheat crackers or toast.

Dip with Cream Cheese

Ingredients
  • Artichoke hearts, 14 oz. can (drained and chopped)
  • Crab meat, ½ lb. (8 oz.)
  • Cream cheese, 1 package (softened)
  • Mayonnaise, 2 tbsp.
  • Sour cream, ½ cup
  • Lemon juice, 1 tbsp.
  • Worcestershire sauce, 1¼ tsp.
  • Cheddar cheese, ¼ cup (grated)
  • Dry mustard, ½ tsp.
  • Pinch of garlic salt
  • Paprika to garnish
Directions for Preparation

First of all, remove cartilage from the crab meat and keep aside. Take a large mixing bowl and combine together the ingredients - cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and garlic. Mix well till you get a smooth creamy mixture. If required, add milk to bring the desired consistency.
Then, stir in 2 tablespoons grated cheese. Fold the artichoke hearts and crab meat into the cream mixture. Transfer this into a casserole, top with remaining grated cheese and bake at 325°F. After baking for about 30 minutes, the top layer will become slightly brown. Remove and serve hot.

Hot and Spicy Crab Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  • Artichoke hearts, 1 (14 oz.) can (drained and chopped)
  • Crab meat, ½ lb.
  • Mayonnaise, 1 cup
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, ½ cup
  • Chopped red bell pepper, ½ cup
  • Sliced green onions, ¼ cup
  • Finely chopped jalapeño peppers, 1 tbsp.
  • Toasted sliced almonds, ⅓ cup
  • Lemon juice, 1½ tsp.
  • Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp.
  • Olive oil, 1½ tsp.
  • Celery salt, ½ tsp.
Directions for Preparation

For this hot crab dip recipe, preheat oven to 375°F. Turn on the burner and heat a medium-size saucepan over medium heat. Add olive oil and immediately add chopped red bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes till pepper turns soft and tender.
In a mixing bowl, mix cooked red bell pepper, artichoke hearts, crab meat, mayonnaise, cheese, green onion, jalapeño peppers, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and celery salt. Transfer this concoction into a baking dish, sprinkle almonds and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes. You can remove it when the top is lightly browned.

  • Crab meat, 8 oz. (chopped)
  • Artichokes, 1 (4 oz.) jar (chopped)
  • Frozen spinach, 1 package (thawed)
  • Cream cheese, 1 (8 oz.) package
  • Parmesan cheese, 1 cup (shredded)
  • Mayonnaise, 1 cup

Place spinach in a colander and squeeze out excess water. After this, add all ingredients - crab meat, artichoke, spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and mayonnaise in a crock pot.
