Preparation
Preheat the oven to 325° F and grease a shallow baking dish lightly. In a bowl add eggs, corn, and onion. Mix them well. Add sugar, salt, pepper, and nutmeg with flour. Mix them well and stir this preparation into the corn mixture. Add some butter cream and pimientos. Mix this preparation well. Pour it into the prepared dish and place it in the pan. Pour some hot water into the dish and bake this preparation uncovered for at least 1 hour. Serve it hot.
