Garlic Tails on Stove

Ingredients
  • 5 frozen lobster tails
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 onions, sliced
  • 1 crushed clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons cilantro

If you're wondering what's next, firstly you need to thaw the frozen lobsters and wash them thoroughly with water and let them dry. Butter the tails by cutting them through the centers from the top of the shell into the meat. Spread the meat apart slightly with your fingers and add some butter in it.
To make the stuffing, take a skillet and keep it on a medium flame. Add some butter to it, along with the crushed onions, garlic and cilantro. Cook everything for about 5 minutes and then remove from heat. Stuff this paste into the slit tails, and either cook them over a grill or in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, till the meat is white in color.

Mayonnaise Tails in the Oven

Ingredients
  • 7 frozen lobster tails
  • Lemon slices
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Directions
Preheat the oven to about 400 degrees F. Meanwhile, split the shells of the tails in half lengthwise with a knife. On a buttered baking dish, place these tails and brush them with butter too. Bake these tails in the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes both sides. Serve them with lemon slices and mayonnaise. You can serve them with a dip or sauce of your choice or simply with onions.

Pepper Tails on the Grill

Ingredients
  • Frozen lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Fresh pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Pepper sauce
Directions
Once you've thawed and cleaned the tails, cut them from the center of the shell from the top into the meat. Blend the butter with the lemon juice and the garlic cloves, salt, pepper, cajun seasonings and parsley.
Fill this paste into the meat of the lobster and wrap the tail with aluminum foil. Preheat the grill to medium heat and grill these stuffed tails for about 10 minutes. Serve them hot and crispy with the hot pepper sauce and onions.
