There are many recipes that you can try and experiment with, in order to find out which combination suits your tastes and preferences.
Here, we shall take a look at some interesting cold pasta salads. These are bound to make your meal times a fun affair.

With Mint and Mayonnaise

Ingredients:
  • Farfalle Pasta, 12 oz.
  • Lemon Yogurt, 6 oz.
  • Fresh Mint, 3 tbsp. (chopped)
  • Green Onions, 1 bunch (chopped)
  • Mayonnaise, ⅓ cup
  • Red Grapes, 3 cups
  • Salt, 1½ tsp.
  • Black Pepper, 1 tsp. (ground)
Preparation:

Boil a large pot full of salty water. Then, add some pasta to the pot and cook it for 8 minutes. Drain the same and place it in a large bowl. Now, you can add mint, green onions, grapes, lemon yogurt, and mayonnaise to this. Add some salt and pepper to taste. 
Now, stir the pasta in it evenly. Once its cooked, let it cool down. Then place this in the refrigerator so that it chills. Serve it cold.

With Natural Peanut Butter

Ingredients:
  • Garlic Cloves, 3 (minced)
  • Vegetable Broth, ½ cup
  • Dry Fettuccine Pasta, 8 oz.
  • Fresh Cilantro, ½ cup (sliced)
  • Red Pepper Flakes, 2 tsp. (crushed)
  • Red Bell Pepper, 1 (sliced)
  • Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp.
  • Green Onions, 2 (sliced)
  • Natural Peanut Butter, 2 tbsp.
Preparation:

Take a large pot and cook some pasta in boiling hot water. Once done, drain the same and place it aside. Then, take a large bowl and mix some broth, peanut butter, garlic, soy sauce, and crushed red pepper in it and mix this preparation well. 

With Shrimp and Anchovies

Ingredients:
  • Pasta Twists, 1 lb.
  • Virgin Olive Oil, ½ cup
  • Shrimp, 8 oz.
  • Lemon Juice, ¼ cup
  • Mushrooms, ½ cup (marinated)
  • Anchovies, 2 (chopped fillets)
  • Peas, ½ cup
  • Carrots, ½ cup (shredded)
  • Garlic, 2 tbsp. (finely chopped)
  • Cheese, ½ cup (diced)
  • Parsley, 3 tbsp. (chopped)
  • Pepper, to taste (freshly ground)
  • Salt, to taste
Preparation:

Cook the pasta in a large pot full of boiling water. Then place it in a large serving bowl. You can now add the shrimp. Cook the peas and drain the same. Rinse it in cold water and add it to the pasta. Add mushrooms along with cheese and other vegetables.
Take a separate bowl and add lemon juice, anchovies, parsley, and olive oil. Mix them well and then, add this mixture to the pasta. Toss all this well. Place the preparation in the refrigerator for around 2 hours. While serving, add salt and pepper to taste. Place it over some lettuce and lemon wedges while serving.
