Salad

Ingredients
  • Salmon, 1 can (drained and flaked)
  • Cucumber, 1 (medium-size, peeled, and chopped)
  • Celery, ½ cup (chopped)
  • Radishes, 4 (sliced)
  • Lettuce, for garnish
  • Green Bell Pepper, ½ cup (chopped)
  • Mayonnaise, ½ cup
  • Lemon Juice, 2 tbsp.
  • Onion, 1 tsp. (grated)
Preparation
Make a combination of cucumber along with celery, radish, and green bell pepper. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, and onion to the salmon mixture. Blend it well. This preparation can be chilled as well. Once chilled, serve it in a bowl and line it with lettuce leaves.

Wrap

Ingredients
  • Green Onions, 1 cup (chopped)
  • Daikon Radish, ⅓ cup (thinly julienned)
  • Cucumber, ⅓ cup (chopped)
  • Rice Wine Vinegar, 1 tbsp.
  • Ginger, ⅛ tsp. (ground)
  • Flour Tortillas, 2
  • White Rice, 1 cup (cooked)
  • Sesame Seeds, 2 tsp.
  • Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp.
  • Wasabi Paste, ¼ tsp.
  • Salmon, 1 can (drained)
Preparation
Take a small bowl and add green onions along with daikon radish and cucumber into this. Take a separate bowl and add some amount of soy sauce with the rice wine vinegar and wasabi paste. Add some ground ginger as well. Place the tortillas on a flat surface.
Then, divide the rice into equal portions and lay them in the center of both the tortillas. Place half the salmon and vegetable mixture on top of this rice preparation. Sprinkle some of the soy sauce mixture on the vegetable mixture.
Take around 1 tsp. sesame seeds and sprinkle them over this preparation. Now, wrap the edges of the tortilla to cover it from the sides. Serve it with Tomato or Tartar sauce.

With Noodles

Ingredients
  • Green Bell Pepper, ¼ cup (chopped)
  • Onion, ¼ cup (chopped)
  • Milk, ½ cup
  • Cheddar Cheese, 1½ cups (shredded)
  • Salmon, 16 oz. (drained and flaked)
  • Noodles, 4 oz.
  • Black Olives, ¼ cup (sliced)
  • Butter, 2 tbsp.
  • Condensed Cream of Celery Soup, 10½ oz. (undiluted)
  • Soft Bread Crumbs, 1 cup (tossed in 1 tbsp. melted butter)
Preparation
Cook some amount of green pepper and onion in a saucepan and add butter to this. Cook this preparation till it turns tender. Add the condensed cream of celery soup along with milk. Heat this preparation till it turns bubbly. Keep stirring it constantly. Add some cheese and cook till it becomes tender. Add the salmon along with olives and noodles. Take a casserole and place this preparation in it. Add the buttered breadcrumbs to this. Bake the preparation at 350° F, for 30 minutes. Serve it hot.

Soup

Ingredients
  • Butter, 1 tbsp.
  • All-purpose Flour, 1 tbsp.
  • Parsley, for garnish (chopped)
  • Milk, 3 cups
  • Onion, 1 slice
  • Salmon, 16 oz.
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Melt butter over medium heat in a pan and then add the flour to it. Now, in a separate saucepan, boil milk and add a slice of onion to it. Remove the onion and add it to the butter and flour mixture. Add the milk gradually and keep stirring this mixture constantly.
Cook this preparation till the mixture thickens. Remove the bones of the fish and add it to this liquid mixture. Add some salt along with pepper to taste. Garnish the soup with parsley.
