Directions
In a mixing bowl, mix the barbecue seasoning, brown sugar, salt and the basting oil together till it blends in well. Add the chicken and then toss it together so that the chicken gets coated uniformly with the brown sugar mixture. Marinate this chicken by covering the bowl and refrigerating it for 6 to 8 hours. In the mean time, preheat the oven to about 275 degrees and after the 6 hours of marination, transfer the chicken to the baking sheet.
