Blueberry Waffles from Scratch
Ingredients
Unsalted butter, 4 tablespoons
Baking powder, 1 teaspoon
Frozen blueberries, 1 cup
Flour, 1 cup
Sugar, ¼ cup
Yogurt, ½ cup
Milk, ½ cup
Egg, lightly beaten, 1
Pinch of baking soda
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Directions Preheat the waffle iron as per the manufacturer's instructions. Put 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a microwavable bowl, and melt it. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and sugar properly.
Take another bowl to beat the egg, and add milk and yogurt to it. Whisk everything properly and then mix the wet ingredients in with the dry ingredients till it's all combined.
Take the frozen blueberries and fold them in as well. Stir in the melted butter at the end and mix the batter properly. Now brush the hot waffle iron with some butter. With a ladle, scoop some batter and pour it in the waffle iron; close the lid and let it cook till it becomes golden brown.

Directions Preheat the waffle iron as per the manufacturer's instructions. In a bowl, mix whole-wheat flour, oat flour, flax, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, walnuts, and cardamom properly.

Blueberries, 1 cup
Butter, melted, ¼ cup
Salt, ½ teaspoon
For syrup
Honey, 3 tablespoons
Blueberries, 1½ cups
Cornstarch, 1 tablespoon
Orange juice, ½ cup
Pinch of baking soda
Directions Take a bowl to whisk egg yolks and milk together. Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Now add the melted butter and whisk everything properly. Leave the batter aside for about 30 minutes. Preheat the waffle iron as per the manufacturer's instructions.
Fold stiffed egg whites and ⅔ cup blueberries in with the batter. With a ladle, scoop some batter and pour it in the waffle iron. Let it cook for about 5―6 minutes, or however long the manual instructs.
To make the syrup, combine honey, ¼ cup orange juice, and 1½ cups blueberries in the pan, and bring it to boil over medium heat. In a bowl, combine the rest of the orange juice with cornstarch.
