Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 °F; oil and flour two 8-inch cake pans. Prepare the sour milk by combining the milk and vinegar, and keep it aside. Sift the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, oil, coffee, and vanilla, before stirring in the sour milk.
