Empty the chicken and mixture into the baking pan and roast, uncovered, for about 40 minutes. When the chicken is done, the juices will run clear if poked with a fork. Take the chicken out of the oven and place it on the serving dish. Cover it with foil and allow it to stand for 8-10 minutes before serving. Serve it along with potatoes and corn and biscuits, for a fabulous, wholesome dinner.
