Method of Preparation

With Almond Liqueur

Ingredients: Hot Coffee, ¾ cup Almond Liqueur, 1 shot Heavy Cream, ¼ cup (scalded)

Preparation: You only need to combine the ingredients and serve. If you wish to avoid alcohol, you can use artificial extracts.

With Amaretto Liqueur

Ingredients: Medium Roast Brewed Coffee, 10 oz. Lightly Whipped Coffee, ¼ cup Almonds, ½ tsp. (toasted and sliced)

Amaretto Liqueur, 1½ jiggers Brandy Snifter, 1 (preheated)

Preparation: First, you would need to pour the hot coffee in the brandy snifter, which has been heated in advance. Stir the liqueur in this mixture and top it up with some whipped cream.
