These Noodles are also known as Chinese egg noodles or E-fu noodles.
Egg Noodles
Available in fresh or dried form and can be thick, thin, flat or round in shape.
Egg noodles are made with eggs, wheat, and water.
These long and curly noodles are made from wheat flour, salt, water and kansui(alkaline salt). Eggs are an ideal substitute for kansui.
Ramen Noodles
These thick white Japanese noodles are made from wheat flour.

These are brown in color and mostly available in dried form.
